I was banned from Romanian forum

6 days ago I made a complaint about one bug to Romanian support and forum , I did again yesterday a new complaint about that bug ( 6 days have passed and nothing has been done about that bug )

I was banned from the forum because I said the following :

1; is too much, this bug lasts for 6 days
2; if they are not able to correct these mistakes programmers should leave the other people fix the problem

it is my opinion (if you can not do something looking for someone who can do that thing)

must be made, some checks among employees Bigpoint

The only thing you can do is:
either - apologize for your comment and contact the romanian support
or - wait until your ban expires

because the german support will tell you that you've to contact the romanian support

 

i like German suport/ forum , you are very efficient staff . Pirate Storm is not the only game that I play it at Bigpoint . the future I ask your help if you find any wrong in game . I apologize for my English

The bug that you mentioned is already known and Bigpoint is trying to fix it, but it takes time. Maybe your comment in the forum was a little bit provocative for Bigpoint.
I think we can't do anything else then waiting for them to fix it

 

I missed 4 haors of the game (11:00 to 15:00 p.m. on server time data 24: 06: 2015) when I got back home I found my account empty. They were deleted all my boats . i log on me accont on 15:00 and i see me accont empty . after 1 more haors i log again on me accont and i see i was bannet on chat for 1 month whyt no reason .

i send tiket to romenian suport but refuse to help me . this is not normal . who is delete me boats ? who is bannet me 1 month whyt no reason . please ceck moderator and admin romenian .
