CM / Moderator / Suport Team incorrect

    meny player from my guild use a name for event >>BOTOSEL << (with
    different characters , my name was .:BOTOSEL:. ) I asked permission from the chat
    moderator to ask him two questions. 1 > why players who talk ugly on chat are
    advanced on forum. CM told > players are advanced automatically by the system .
    2> What happens when all players will get moderate forum . after that question
    I was banned from the chat. i asked on forum why i was banned , also i said to CM
    is not fair what is doo . I said that CM is corrupt (I received two weeks ban
    forum , I agree with the ban on forum ) I do not understand why I got chatting ban
    for two months or more . I was banned for 16h but the the ban is still in today .
    that is not fair . CM is make abused their position . I would like to bring
    justice. I would like to make verifications about CM Snow_White
