    after "LOGIN" befor you click on "play"
    is on the site right under the text "Support"
    click on them and a window opens

    fill it out and d'ont forget:
    - Server
    - IDNumber
    - IngameNick
    - your Problem

    In your request should read:
    - Your nickname in the game
    - Your user ID (no ID, no editing)
    - When were you banned
    - As far as you known the spell basic
